HOD Message
A very warm welcome to the Department of Medical Electronics Engineering at Government Residential Women’s Polytechnic, Latur. The department runs a Diploma Programme in Medical Electronics Engineering. Medical electronics deals with technical terms related to healthcare industry. This branch maintains high co-ordination between technical and medical field.
Department provide very good infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories and highly educated teaching faculties. Department’s moto is to prepare the student to face each and every challenge in working field.
Department deals with overall technical development of the students by arranging different expert lectures, technical workshops, industrial visits etc. Different MOUs are also signed between department and various hospitals and industries for updating and developing students and staff for recent trends of the medical electronics field.
I wish all the Students and Faculty a very great academic career.

Government residential women’s polytechnic, latur is place where I learnt to survive ,work ,to face New challenges in life ,to be confident and also to encourage myself to become best version of myself.. About Medical electronics: A medical electronics engineer is the doctor of those equipment’s without which a real doctor or surgeon is helpless. The course helps in research, along with life scientists, chemists, and medical scientists, to develop and evaluate systems and products such as artificial organs, prostheses (artificial devices that replace missing body parts), instrumentation, medical information systems, health management and care delivery systems. |
