Employability skill enhancement Initiatives and effective implementation
- Establishment of IETE Students Forum
The Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) Students’ Chapter is started in the institute from the academic year 2021-22. Around 79 students from Electronics & Communication Engineering branch have become the member of IETE in this year.
- Objectives of IETE students’ Forum
- Improving standard of Engineering Education.
- Counselling the students in the emerging new opportunities
- Encouraging and motivating the outside Class room studies /Workshops/Projects/ Seminars
- To plan, organize Technical Programs, Special Lectures, Workshops, Seminars Symposia, exhibitions for the benefit of students.
- To provide common platform for students to exchange of ideas in technical topics of interest, e.g., curriculum, employment, higher educational opportunities, emerging trends, etc.
- To facilitate technical visits, project works, employment, contact with industries and academic institutions.
- Encourage team spirit and self-reliance among student members.
- ISFs should be a catalyst for the overall growth in technical and professional skills in young students.

Alumini Feedback
Hi, guys, hope you all are doing good. I am Hadiya Gorte from batch 2010, it gives me immense pleasure to share my experience with you guys. Currently, i’m working in deloitte cyber security engineer in Hyderabad and fifteen years ago in two thousand and eight. I came to this marvellous college. I am grateful that i made this decision. To start my highest studies here in GRWPL, I must say it was my best decision I ever made so far to choose GRWPL, yes, and my belief is first believe in yourself, and then step into GRWPL yes. And the best part about college is a hostel life. It taught me to leave independent how to manage things by our own, and yes. You have made very best decision to choose this GRWPL And all the very best to all of you girls for your future. And keep learning and keep growing and make people proud of you. Thank you so much.
